Charlotte Anne LeRoy (Charlie) Was born in Canton Ohio. Her family moved to California as a team to pursue careers in the industry. Charlie has been told she is a beacon of light and that she can inspire people of all ages. Charlie has big goals and will reach the stars and beyond. She began her acting and modeling career at age four. She began designing fashion at age six. Charlie has been working to better the community since she was three years old when she shared her first powerful phrase "Choose happiness not madness or sadness."
